Food Safety & Quality Objectives

The management of the Company ensured that food safety and quality objectives are established documented, Monitored and reviewed as per HACCP program.

The main objectives of the Company are mentioned below-

  • To maintain 100% Cold chain for Quality and safe food from Raw materials received to export. In Raw Shrimp/ Fish/ Fishery products received 100% ice ratio, adequate size- grade as contract and cold chain during shipment must be maintained.
  • To prepare Antibiotic and any harmful bacteria free (within acceptable limit) product for consumer health safety.
  • To fix up yearly Production target considering the Raw materials availability and as per Buyer demand.
  • To involve trained & skilled Personnel in preparing safe and quality product.
  • To maintain Traceability of the product to address any kind of non- conformity.
  • Food Safety and Quality objectives will be reviewed once in every year.
