Before Knitting we test each & every Lot's of Yarn. That tests carried out are; count, appearance, twist, breaking strength and elongation. We have lycra attachment of all jersey machines and also in rib machines 36" rib machines. Also we have two sets of conversion kit for 3 end fleece of 30" x 20G.

Dyeing & Finishing Unit

As a key process unit, the dyeing and finishing section have been set by the latest state of machinery. Our plant is OEKO-TEX and Aero free certified. All dyeing machine are high temperature & high-pressure.

Dyeing Production capacity: 13,000 kg of Fabrics per Day.
