Frozen Sea Water and Fresh Water Fish

  • Sea Water Fish: Promprets, Indian Salmon, Catfish, Mullet, Tuna, Mackerel, Red Snapper etc are processed in whole, headless, belly clean (IQF) state or sliced/fillets/steak in block freeze state.
  • Fresh Water Fish: Carps, Common Carps, Snake-heads, Eel, Mullets. The large fishes are processed as whole headless, belly clean (IQF) state sliced/fillets/steak in block freeze state.
  • Frozen Shrimp & Prawn: Fresh water headless Shell on Tail on (FWHLSOTO), Sea Water Head less Shell on Tail on (SWHLASOTO). Peeled and Deveined (PAD), Peeled and Undeveined (PAD) of Prawns Block Frozen, IQF, Semi-IQF, Cooked, Semi Cooked.

1Packing

Each IQF sea/Fresh water fish is wrapped in Polythene sheet or put in Polybag and 20kgs net of such fishes are put into a large poly bag and then into a master carton then into a hessian bag.
